Procurement Experience Agent to support day-to-day procurement activities and assist super users with in-depth Source-to-Pay knowledge, focusing on outstanding people experience. You will guide users in supplier selection, ensure policy compliance, and support the Malbek contracting tool while driving process improvements with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent with 5+ years in supplier management.
• Experience with SAP Ariba and vendor enablement.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support supplier selection, TPORM and onboarding.
• Ensure information related to suppliers is available in relevant systems.
• Coordinate with GFCOE towers and procurement to stay updated on process changes.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and manage risks upfront.
• Build collaborative relationships with customers to ensure understanding of proposed solutions.
