Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Performance & Governance Lead in Lodz, Poland, to join the Global Procurement Strategy & Performance team. You will translate strategy into measurable goals, own KPI framework, and orchestrate governance forums ensuring timely, focused decisions.

You will develop the KPI cockpit, define dashboards, and provide analytical insights for leadership while coordinating calendars and risk governance. Fluent English and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills are essential.

Qualifications

11+ years of relevant experience in global procurement or governance roles.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, supply chain, data/analytics or related field.
Experience with goal setting methods and linking strategy to performance measures.
Proven ability to establish procurement metrics and track value against targets.
Strong communication with senior leaders across functions.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage and continuously improve the Global Procurement KPI framework and cockpit.
Define KPIs that measure organizational and operational performance toward strategy.
Interpret performance data and prepare executive-ready narratives for leadership.
Coordinate governance forums, calendars and decision rights to ensure timely actions.
Support risk management and governance standards across the function.
