Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, life sciences, law, procurement, or a related field.
• Excellent English proficiency essential for contract documentation.
• Typically requires 8+ years in business operations or contract management in pharma or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of contract terms, workflows, negotiation, and risk management for procurement contracts.
• Experience with Ariba, ServiceNow and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic delivery of large, complex contracts and projects with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate drafting, negotiation, execution, amendments, and closeout of contracts.
• Partner with R&D and other stakeholders to translate needs into contract terms.
• Ensure compliance with Takeda policies, financial controls, quality requirements and reporting.
