Job summary

Anord Mardix, a Flex company, is seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor in Bielsko-Biała, Poland. You will oversee direct materials procurement, lead buyers, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality. Reporting to the Senior Materials Manager, you will drive supplier performance and coordinate with ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics or closely related field.
• CPIM certificate or similar is an additional asset.
• Strong English at professional level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee procurement of direct materials, parts, components and equipment.
• Lead a team of buyers to meet procurement and supplier management goals.
• Supervise supply chain activities to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Approve purchase orders and change notices through subordinates.
• Monitor supplier performance and manage inventory levels.
• Escalate issues to Senior Materials Manager and coordinate improvements.
