Job summary

Takeda is seeking a Procurement Excellence Manager in Lodz, Poland. You will lead the Procurement Center of Excellence efforts, driving category management, SRM, strategic sourcing, supplier segmentation, and preferred supplier programs across global procurement.

The role emphasizes governance, capability building, and scalable operating models to enhance value delivery. You will collaborate with global category leaders and cross-functional teams, embedding ESG risk considerations and delivering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of strategic and operational procurement experience.
12+ years of overall business experience, preferably global.
Experience in regulated industries is advantageous.
Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex environments.

Responsibilities

Develop and improve procurement capabilities, methodologies, tools, and templates.
Own and maintain integrated Category Management and SRM operating models.
Serve as a procurement excellence subject matter expert for end-to-end processes.
Partner with Global Category Leaders to strengthen category strategies.
Drive adoption of procurement standards across strategic programs.
