Leading a multi-year capability roadmap, you will establish a Global Procurement Academy, design engagement events, and collaborate with HR and Learning to align priorities, measure outcomes, and foster a high-performing procurement community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, Communications, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in learning and development, capability building, employee engagement, communications, or a related discipline.
• Experience designing and delivering learning and engagement programs within complex global organizations.
• Proven ability to collaborate across functions, teams, and geographic regions in a highly collaborative environment.
• Strong expertise in learning strategy, curriculum design, and capability development.
• Experience with employee engagement programs, event design, and program management.
• Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, including influencing without direct authority.
• Proficiency in learning analytics, measurement approaches, learning platforms, collaboration tools, and digital learning technologies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead a global engagement strategy that strengthens employee connection, collaboration, and alignment with procurement priorities.
• Create and execute a multi-year capability development roadmap to build procurement, business, leadership, and future-focused skills.
• Establish and evolve a Global Procurement Academy with digital, instructor-led, peer-based, coaching, and experiential learning.
• Design and deliver engagement programs, events, communications, and recognition initiatives that support a connected culture.
• Build role-based learning pathways and capability programs for procurement teams and functional groups.
• Partner with procurement leaders, HR, and Learning teams to align initiatives with business priorities.
• Measure engagement and learning outcomes using data and feedback to drive improvement.
• Orchestrate events and learning activities to foster engagement and knowledge sharing.
