Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in global delivery services or procurement operations.
• Experience with data analytics, reporting, automation, and using metrics to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with reporting tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Experience leading teams and managing transformation or change initiatives.
• Strong communication, presentation, consulting, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
• Fluency in English and business-level fluency in the regional operating language.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals delivering analytics and insights to support Global Procurement decision-making and value creation.
• Develop proactive data analysis identifying business drivers, risks, trends, and opportunities for value creation.
• Support global procurement stakeholders across regions and categories with data, reports, and insights.
• Improve data quality and reporting consistency by partnering with procurement teams and sourcing support colleagues.
• Use reporting and analytics tools to monitor KPIs, trends, scorecards, and business performance.
• Drive transformation and continuous improvement by shifting the team toward value-added activities and sharing best practices.
• Communicate insights and business value through clear presentations and recommendations.
