Job summary

Vantive Business Services (VBS) in Warsaw seeks a cross‑functional transformation expert to lead end‑to‑end process improvement, automation, and AI enablement across finance and related domains. You will embed a Lean mindset, map and redesign value streams, and coordinate with global process owners and IT to deliver measurable transformation impact.

The role demands hands‑on execution, workshop facilitation, change management, and the ability to translate business pain points into AI‑enabled

Qualifications

• Experience in process excellence, transformation, or shared services.
• Understanding of finance processes (P2P, A2R, C2C) and exposure to non‑finance domains.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience with process optimization and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft ecosystem (PowerApps, Power BI, Power Automate, Copilot) including solution design, build, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, RPA tools, Snowflake, Azure/OpenAI or similar platforms is an advantage.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience in understanding AI use case design, prompt engineering, workflow integration, and responsible AI principles.
• Ability to lead workshops, train teams, and drive change adoption.
• Experience delivering transformation or automation projects end‑to‑end.
• Experience applying AI, automation, and analytics to solve business process challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process analysis, mapping, and redesign across domains.
• Drive transformation initiatives from idea identification through implementation and stabilization.
• Act as AI Champion, identify, assess, and prioritize AI use cases across finance and non‑finance processes.
• Translate business pain points into AI‑enabled automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Data Platform, and enterprise AI capabilities.
• Own and manage the delivery pipeline for automation and AI solutions from prioritization through implementation and stabilization; develop BI dashboards (Power BI) and leverage data insights for decision‑making.
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives across finance and non‑finance domains.
• Drive change management, training, and communication to ensure adoption.
• Liaise with IT departments and external IT vendors to align on requirements, track deliverables, and support successful solution implementation.
