Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Associate Director of Business Process Transformation in Warsaw to lead AI-driven improvements across accounting and finance. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design scalable processes, deliver project roadmaps, and implement agentic AI solutions.

The role focuses on driving efficiency, transparency, and measurable savings in a dynamic real estate services environment. The successful candidate brings 5+ years of process improvement or project support experience,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in process improvement, project support, or property accounting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and document complex business processes and data flows.
Strong knowledge of financial principles and terminology and experience with AI tools is desirable.

Responsibilities

Lead and drive AI transformation projects, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and outcomes.
Develop project roadmaps, timelines, and resource alignment with senior leadership.
Identify resources and implement Agentic AI platforms for scalable process improvements.
Redesign processes with AI, defining testing, validation, and release approaches.
Support user adoption and communication strategies; define success metrics for initiatives.
Prepare updates and run workshops to engage stakeholders and executives.
