CBRE BSO Associate Director in Warsaw leads AI-driven transformation in accounting and finance, partnering with cross‑functional teams to optimize processes and deliver measurable improvements. The role anchors in the Business Transformation Office, driving scalable operating models through automation and agentic AI at scale.

You will guide project roadmaps, test and validate redesigned processes, and foster adoption while aligning with senior leadership on scope and resources.

Qualifications

• Proficient in documenting complex processes and data flows.
• Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in process improvement or accounting.
• Experience with AI tools and analytics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI-driven transformation projects across accounting and finance.
• Develop roadmaps and rollout plans with leadership alignment.
• Redesign processes using AI, testing, validation and release.
• Drive user adoption and define success metrics for initiatives.
• Engage stakeholders with updates and workshops.
• Ensure cost savings and successful project completion.
