Job summary

DNV seeks a Global Process Owner for Record to Report to enable performance of GSS services globally. You will develop end-to-end processes, establish governance, and drive standardization and digitalization to meet strategic objectives.

Lead cross‑functional teams, engage stakeholders, and ensure quality and compliance across global operations. Reports to the GSS Finance Stream Director, with emphasis on transformation and continuous improvement across the R2R domain.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Record to Report processes and global standardization.
• Experience with analytics, reporting, and tools used to monitor metrics in R2R.
• Ability to establish governance and controls across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Proactively monitor and improve Record to Report process performance (KPIs).
• Lead process and technology transformation projects within R2R.
• Design standards for R2R processes and ensure alignment with DNV strategy.
