Job summary

TMF Group is seeking a Global R2R Lead to own the Record-to-Report processes worldwide. You will define the strategy, drive standardization, automation, and performance metrics while coordinating with global Finance teams. The role requires collaboration with IT, internal control, and audit functions.

You will be based in Poland with a hybrid work arrangement and office presence in Katowice as part of TMF’s Regional Delivery Center. Fluency in English is essential for this leadership position.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in R2R within global shared services or multinational firms.
• Proven leadership of multi-country finance transformations.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, governance, and SOX controls.
• Experience with ERP deployments and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern global R2R process landscape across regions.
• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for R2R in TMF.
• Drive automation, standardization, and system improvements.
• Lead KPI development and monitor close performance.
• Collaborate with auditors and internal control teams.
