Job summary

Engenious seeks an experienced process analyst to drive business process analysis, improvement, and standardization across global Supply Chain and Procurement teams. You will transform local ways of working into consistent, scalable processes and support ERP initiatives.

You will work with Process Owners, IT, and stakeholders, model processes with BPM tools, and help define requirements for improvements. This role offers exposure to multinational teams and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Process Management/Engineering or similar.
• Knowledge of S2P, P2P, or P2I processes.
• Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 F&O preferred; SAP/IFS also supported).
• Ability to model and document processes using BPM tools like LeanIX or Visio.
• Experience with international teams and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and proactive approach; identify improvements.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes (As-Is) with operational teams.
• Create and maintain process documentation, maps and swimlanes.
• Compare As-Is with To-Be, identify gaps, and define improvement opportunities.
• Support standardization across units and locations.
• Collaborate with Global Process Owners, Process Architects, stakeholders, and IT.
• Define business requirements based on analysis and support improvements.
• Contribute to ERP transformation initiatives and process optimization.
• Support adoption of new global process standards.
