Job summary

Engenious is seeking an experienced Business Process Engineer/Manager/Architect to drive standardized, efficient processes across the Forecast-to-Deliver value streams. You will work with global teams to map current practices and implement the future state enabled by ERP solutions.

Key qualifications include BPM in manufacturing or supply chain, process mapping, and ERP project involvement, with a proactive, globally-oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in BPM, Process Excellence or Business Process Architecture within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
• Experience with defining, mapping and management of at least two of Forecast to Deliver processes.
• Experience actively participating in ERP or digital transformation projects.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient processes building up the FtP, PtP and ItD value streams.
• Collaborate with process participants at all levels to learn and implement the future state.
• Ensure alignment between future processes and digital solutions.
