Job summary

V-Outsourcing Business Group is seeking a Process Analyst for a 100% remote role within our Operations Department. You will map, document, and optimize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and support the implementation of improvements across teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree or is an advanced student in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration, solid English skills, and experience with process diagramming tools and SOP creation.

Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: Bachelor’s degree or advanced student in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Experience in process analysis, mapping, documentation, or optimization within operational or administrative environments.
• English language proficiency: B2 / C1 conversational fluency required.

Responsibilities

• Process Mapping and Documentation: diagram and maintain current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) maps.
• Inefficiency Analysis: identify bottlenecks, duplication, and automation opportunities.
• Document Standardization: draft and update SOPs and process flowcharts.
• KPIs Tracking: support monitoring and data collection of key performance indicators.
• Implementation Support: assist teams in adopting new methodologies and tools.
