Job summary

Miele Tehnica Romania is seeking a process improvement lead to drive standardization and efficiency across markets. You will own project execution, coordinate teams, and track delivery to ensure timely outcomes.

You will translate business needs into practical, process- and system-oriented solutions, recommend the best approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements) and leverage digital tools, automation and AI to boost efficiency and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in driving process improvements, projects, or operational initiatives.
• Practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar).
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to take ownership and drive execution.
• Understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies.
• Fluent English.
