Job summary

KK Group is seeking a Process Manager, Business Process Excellence in Szczecin to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardize global processes, and embed continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles in global/matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.
• Demonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with D365 and other BI systems is preferred.

Join our global Process Excellence team in Szczecin and help shape the future of operational excellence within the renewable energy industry.

As a Process Manager, Business Process Excellence, you will play a valuable role in driving enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation. Based in Szczecin and operating in a global role, you will lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, standardize global processes, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

You will partner with stakeholders across regions to identify improvement opportunities, design and implement solutions, and ensure long-term process sustainability, balancing digital enablement, lean principles, and change management.

Success in this role requires a combination of process excellence expertise, strong stakeholder management, and commercial understanding, allowing you to connect process improvements with business performance, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.

Please note that this is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in the office.

Your responsibilities:

• Lead Process Improvement Initiatives leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and digital tools.
• Drive Standardization: Develop and implement standardized global processes across IT, and other functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Enable Digital Transformation: Partner with IT and business leads to streamline workflows and deploy automation, analytics, and process mining tools.
• Change Leadership: Serve as a champion for change, driving cultural adoption of continuous improvement across business units and geographies.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with executive and operational leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize initiatives, and measure impact.
• Work with key stakeholders to drive and sustain process changes.

Your profile:

• Commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers are a plus
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles, preferably in global or matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.
• Demonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.
• Excellent communication and great human skills
• Experience in working with D365 and other BI systems is preferred
• Pro‑active, self‑motivated and able to work with respect to deadlines
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical thinking, and change management skills.
• Experience working in or with the renewable energy or related industrial sectors is a plus.
