KK Group is seeking a Process Manager, Business Process Excellence in Szczecin to drive enterprise-wide process optimization and transformation. You will lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance efficiency, standardize global processes, and embed continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in process improvement, transformation, or operational excellence roles in global/matrixed organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma and business process management.
• Demonstrated success in driving standardization and digital process transformation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with D365 and other BI systems is preferred.

• Drive Standardization: develop and implement standardized global processes across IT and other functions.
• Enable Digital Transformation: partner with IT and business leads to streamline workflows and deploy automation, analytics, and process mining tools.
• Change Leadership: champion change and embed a culture of continuous improvement across regions.
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with executive and operational leaders to align priorities and measure impact.
