Job summary

Miele Plant USA in Poland seeks a seasoned AR process professional to analyze, redesign and benchmark AR workflows, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, quality and KPIs. You will partner with Operations, IT and business stakeholders, lead projects, identify automation and AI use cases (RPA, AI tools), and drive cross-functional change with a practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• min. 3 years of experience in relevant process area within international, SSC or GBS environments
• professional English proficiency at B2+ level
• strong E2E understanding of AR processes and supporting systems
• proven experience in process improvement and identification of automation use cases
• proven ability to lead operational projects and deliver measurable results
• hands‑on interest and practical exposure to automation and AI (RPA, AI tools, agents)
• ability to challenge the status quo and drive cross-functional change
• ability to work independently and maintain high standards of work
• ability to convey complex information in a clear and simple way
• project management education or certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) as well as SAP S/4HANA knowledge would be considered an advantage

Responsibilities

• analyze and redesign AR processes in line with market best practices
• benchmark process solutions externally (e.g. SSC peers, ABSL, market standards), building awareness of relevant market tools and recommending the most suitable KPIs to measure process effectively
• deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, controls, and KPIs
• communicate progress, results, and value clearly to management and senior stakeholders
• serve as a point of contact and trusted partner for Operations, IT, and Business stakeholders
• lead change execution; project management (scope, planning, delivery, and benefits tracking)
• scope standardization and harmonization (alignment to Target Model)
• identify, assess, and prioritize automation and AI use cases across processes (RPA, AI, agents)
