Job summary

n8n is seeking a data-driven Pricing leader to turn pricing and packaging into a strategic growth lever across community, self-serve, and Enterprise channels. You will own the model linking unit economics, cost-to-serve, and willingness-to-pay, shaping plans for 100+ countries and both cloud and self-hosted offerings.

You will lead cross-functional pricing decisions with Product, Sales, Finance, RevOps, and Data, and drive end-to-end rollout.

Qualifications

• Pricing leadership in B2B SaaS: 6+ years in pricing, monetisation, or commercial strategy.
• Experience with consumption-based or AI-native pricing models at scale.
• Own pricing on both self-serve and Enterprise motions (PLG and sales-led).
• Strong financial modelling: unit economics, cost-to-serve, gross margin, willingness-to-pay.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical foundation connecting unit economics, run cost, willingness-to-pay, gross margin, and customer value.
• Maintain competitive/market intelligence to keep pricing ahead of a fast-moving category.
• Run pricing experiments and turn results into reusable learnings.
