Job summary

Smith+Naphew is seeking a Digital Pricing Excellence Lead to steer the development and rollout of digital tools (CPQ, CLM, Tender Management) across the International region. You will define the product vision, prioritize requirements and partner with IT, business stakeholders and market teams for successful implementations.

You will align pricing models, determine digitization needs, own the product backlog and drive continuous improvements across pricing governance, quoting and contracts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in a commercial or digital transformation context.
• Strong understanding of commercial processes including pricing, quoting and contracting.
• Experience with CPQ, CLM, CRM or ERP systems such as SAP, Salesforce or PROS.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; Agile experience preferred.
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Align standardized commercial models with International Pricing team, Business Units and local markets.
• Determine digitization demands in Pricing and Pricing governance.
• Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and user feedback.
• Collaborate with IT, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure timely delivery of features.
• Lead market rollouts and manage change requests and enhancements.
• Ensure tools support pricing governance, quotation efficiency, and contract compliance.
• Monitor product performance and adoption; drive continuous improvement.
