Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global pharmaceutical programs, including optimizing an Anaplan platform for supply chain planning and implementing a unified Regulatory Affairs platform within a larger transformation.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage vendors across regions, and ensure GxP compliance while driving on-time delivery and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven project management experience within complex, multinational environments.
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of GxP regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Outstanding cultural awareness and sensitivity, with experience working in diverse international teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
• English language proficiency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Managing the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions.
• Identifying the scope of regulatory documents to be migrated, ensuring compliance with GxP and sector-specific regulations.
• Proactively resolving issues before they escalated, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project buy-in and support.
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
