Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multinational pharma projects, focusing on Anaplan for supply chain planning and a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. The role encompasses consolidating eight applications into a single global ecosystem for regulatory document management, publishing, and submission tracking.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in complex projects, deep pharma knowledge, and superb stakeholder management. English C1+ is required; PMP/PRINCE2 are a plus.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven project management experience in complex, multinational environments.
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and understanding of GxP regulations.
• Experience building and implementing robust project frameworks from scratch.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Manage the implementation of enterprise platforms for Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external vendors across regions.
• Identify regulatory document migration scope and ensure compliance with GxP and regulations.
• Resolve issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution.
• Engage with stakeholders to secure buy-in and support.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
