Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead major pharmaceutical initiatives, including Anaplan platform optimization for supply chain planning and a unified Regulatory Affairs platform. You will drive a global consolidation of eight applications into a single ecosystem for regulatory document management, publishing, and submission tracking.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of global project management experience.
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and a thorough understanding of GxP regulations.
• Proven ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Managing the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions.
• Identifying the scope of regulatory documents to be migrated, ensuring compliance with GxP and sector-specific regulations.
• Proactively resolving issues before they elevate, ensuring smooth project execution.
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project buy-in and support.
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
