Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead strategic pharmaceutical projects in a multinational setting. The role focuses on optimizing an Anaplan platform for supply chain planning and implementing a unified Regulatory Affairs platform within a global ecosystem.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage external vendors, and ensure regulatory compliance across regions, driving successful execution and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of proven project management experience in multinational environments.
• Significant expertise in the pharmaceutical industry and GxP regulations.
• Ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with influence at all levels.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• English fluency at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support.
• Manage implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across regions.
• Identify scope of regulatory documents to migrate, ensure compliance with GxP and regulations.
• Proactively resolve issues to ensure smooth project execution.
• Engage with stakeholders at all levels to secure buy-in and support.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders.
