Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead global initiatives in the pharmaceutical sector from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support. You will manage the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations, coordinate cross-functional teams across regions, and ensure compliance with GxP and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven project management in complex multinational environments.
• Significant pharmaceutical industry expertise and strong knowledge of GxP regulations.
• Ability to build and implement robust project frameworks from the ground up.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.

Responsibilities

• Leading complex global projects from initiation through delivery and post-implementation support
• Managing the implementation of enterprise platforms supporting Regulatory Affairs and Supply Chain operations
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors across multiple regions
• Identifying the scope of regulatory documents to be migrated, ensuring compliance with GxP and sector-specific regulations
• Proactively resolving issues before they elevate, ensuring smooth project execution
• Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project buy-in and support
• Communicating project status, risks, and issues effectively to all stakeholders
