Job summary

Aon is hiring a People Business Partner to support Global Aon Business Services (ABS). You will report to the Chief People Officer, ABS, and partner with People Managers and senior leaders worldwide to implement key people initiatives and organizational change.

This role requires strong execution, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence at the top levels across geographies. Fluency in English and experience with HRIS like Workday are highly valued.

Qualifications

• HR Generalist, HRBP, or People Partner experience within a global org.
• Strong execution approach and experience managing organizational changes or HR projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to work with senior executives across geographies.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical capabilities using people data and compensation insights.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, in an international setting.
• Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence, coach, and counsel people leaders to foster an inclusive culture.
• Translate business goals into practical recommendations and actions for operating model improvements.
• Support annual cycle activities (performance, talent, calibration) across client groups.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform compensation and people decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on HR queries and processes.
• Lead workforce planning for assigned clients and optimize talent usage within budgets.
• Collaborate with COEs to design strategic solutions and drive adoption.
• Embed inclusion across talent processes and coach leaders on inclusive leadership.
