Job summary

Aon plc is seeking a People Business Partner to support Global ABS, partnering with senior leaders to drive people initiatives and organizational change across a global footprint. You will translate strategy into action, influence leaders, and ensure talent processes are executed with an inclusive, data-driven approach.

This role requires strong execution and collaboration across COEs and HR teams. Fluent English is essential, with experience in HRIS such as Workday.

Qualifications

• Experience in a global, complex organization.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent English in speech and writing.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Influence, coach, and counsel people leaders on HR matters to foster an inclusive culture.
• Translate business goals into practical, manager-ready actions to improve operating models.
• Support annual talent and performance cycles to drive retention and engagement.
• Partner with COEs to facilitate communication, change management, and adoption.
• Provide data-driven insights to support compensation and people decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to leaders on HR policies and hiring strategy.
• Drive workforce plans and optimize talent use to meet budgets.
• Collaborate with COEs to design practical solutions for engagement.
• Embed inclusion across talent processes and coach leaders on I&D.
• Take on special projects that deliver value for the firm and clients.
