Job summary

Aon is looking for a Global People Business Partner to support the ABS team. The role reports to the Chief People Officer, ABS, and focuses on implementing key people initiatives and organizational change across global client groups.

You will be a trusted advisor to leaders, translating strategy into action and driving workforce plans to meet budget and talent objectives, in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Solid HR Generalist, HRBP experience in a complex, global org.
• Strong execution mindset with change management experience.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills; comfortable with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support ABS People Managers and senior leaders globally.
• Translate business goals into practical people actions and operating model improvements.
• Provide data-driven insights to support compensation and talent decisions.
• Collaborate with COEs to drive inclusion and effective people initiatives.
