Job summary

F5 is seeking a People Operations Analyst II to support global mobility, employee lifecycle workflows, and HR systems across the EMEA region. The role emphasizes immigration management, contract administration, data integrity, and process automation within a multinational environment.

You will collaborate with the People & Culture Shared Services team to streamline onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations while ensuring compliance and data accuracy in systems like Workday, ServiceNow,

Experience in People & Culture Shared Services and global mobility, especially EMEA.

Ability to work with moderate supervision and anticipate obstacles.

Responsibilities

Support immigration requirements for employees in designated EMEA territories.
Administer employee lifecycle events, set up new hires, and manage leaver processes.
Generate employment contracts and change in terms letters.
Maintain employee data in HR systems and ensure proper file retention.
Manage leaves of absence and respond to employee questions.
Assist with payroll processes and purchasing/invoice workflows.
Utilise low-code automation tools to simplify workflows.
Coordinate training programs and policy updates; support global projects.
