Job summary

Revolut is seeking a People Specialist to support employees worldwide by overseeing day-to-day HR tasks and lifecycle processes. You will partner with teams to ensure a smooth employee experience and drive HR projects and policies across regions.

The role demands strong HR operations experience, a service mindset, and the ability to navigate employment law and HR practices globally. A CIPD qualification and exposure to international teams are valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an HR generalist, administrator, or partner role.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and handle multiple requests.
• Experience presenting policies to managers and employees across the organisation.
• Experience in a service role with SLAs and measurable performance.
• Proficiency with HR operations using automated tools (Jira Service Desk, HRIS, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and G-Suite.
• Good understanding of employment law and local HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for employee queries in your region and globally.
• Coordinate end-to-end lifecycle operations from pre-onboarding to off-boarding.
• Manage internal tools for time and attendance and HR records.
• Prepare HR documentation and support HR projects and policies.
