Job summary

You will help shape the people and systems that support rapid growth across multiple jurisdictions, including acquisitions and restructurings, while maintaining high ethical standards and a strong focus on employee experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate admin workstreams for new offices and acquisitions.
• Oversee complex administrative operations including restructurings and share option plans.
• Ensure compliance with workplace laws across jurisdictions with external partners.
• Develop and implement employee welfare and benefits initiatives cross-functionally.
• Manage offers, onboarding and offboarding with streamlined, AI-enabled processes.
