Job summary

Red Commerce Schweiz GmbH in Warsaw, Poland, is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Payroll & Workforce Management to lead the strategic product roadmap and drive technology delivery across Europe. You will own payroll platform deployments, MSP transitions, and integrations with Core HR, Time & Attendance, and WFM, coordinating with HR, IT, EA and external providers in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

5+ years in payroll technology/product ownership/enterprise payroll delivery.
Experience with multiple European payroll regulations and data privacy.

Responsibilities

Define and manage the strategy and roadmap for payroll and workforce management platforms.
Lead payroll tech deployments and MSP transitions across Europe.
Act as technology contact for MSP, oversee delivery, integrations, SLAs and release management.
Own and prioritise the product backlog with epics and user stories.
Drive integration of payroll with Core HR, T&A and broader WFM platforms.
Develop scalable, standardised solutions with local payroll law compliance.
Coordinate Agile delivery activities (planning, backlog grooming, demos, testing).
Oversee UAT, parallel payroll runs, cutover planning and stabilisation post go-live.
Ensure GDPR, employment law and Works Council compliance.
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, EA, Security and external vendors.
