Deel is seeking a skilled Payroll Implementation Lead to oversee the successful deployment and data migration of payroll systems for our global clients. You will manage the entire implementation lifecycle, ensure accurate data transfer, proper configuration, and a seamless transition while coordinating with internal teams and clients.

You will gather requirements with HR and Finance, define payroll processes, ensure tax and labor compliance, and provide ongoing support and training.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in global payroll implementation and payroll operations.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and compliance across your designated location.
• Experience with payroll systems and software.
• Client-facing project management experience and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end payroll implementation for Deel’s clients.
• Lead data migration, configuration, and system setup for payroll.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings and manage project plans and timelines.
• Provide ongoing support and training to clients and internal teams.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with local tax and labor laws.
