Job summary

Perrigo Company is recruiting a Payroll Specialist based in Warsaw to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple European countries, primarily DACH, with back-up coverage for other regions. The role operates in a hybrid model: three days in the office and two remote days.

You will collaborate with local providers and the Employee Lifecycle Team to ensure accurate payroll execution, compliance, and timely reporting, while supporting audits and payroll projects across the region.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in an operational payroll or related function.
• Payroll experience in an international context across multiple countries is highly desirable.
• Proficient knowledge of English is required; German language would be an advantage.
• Advanced Excel skills are an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead, prepare and execute recurring payroll closes for multiple countries in close collaboration with the local payroll provider.
• Collaborate with the Employee Lifecycle Team to ensure input is processed accurately in the payroll system.
• Ensure compliance with audits, governance requirements and regulatory processes.
• Deliver accurate payroll processing and pre-/post-payroll checks independently.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from client groups and stakeholders.
• Support payroll projects, year-end activities and reconciliation efforts.
• Document processes and maintain knowledge for cross-country backfill.
