WithSecure is hiring a Payroll & SSC Specialist in Poznań on a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will support payroll processing and HR operations across 11 countries, coordinating with external vendors and using Workday and Jira to ensure timely, compliant delivery.

This role is ideal for someone early in their HR/payroll career seeking hands-on exposure to multi-country operations in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR operations, payroll, or shared services.
• Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS/ERP is a plus.
• Comfortable with Jira and data handling.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing across multiple countries and data flows.
• Coordinate with external payroll vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage HR transactions and employee requests via Jira.
• Maintain Workday data accuracy ahead of payroll cut-offs.
• Support benefits administration across countries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify data gaps and propose improvements.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors for month-end processes.
• Ensure GDPR and local employment regulation compliance.
