ADP Global Payroll invites a Lead Consultant to join our multi-country payroll implementations. You will align with Client Product Owners, translate business needs into functional requirements, and drive end-to-end solution design across configuration, data conversion, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong client consultation, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a commitment to continuous improvement in payroll processes.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience.
• Experience in SAP Payroll is desirable.
• Solid functional / blueprinting knowledge.
• This position may require travelling if requested and approved.

Aufgaben

• Lead the requirements during BBP workshops and translate business needs into functional requirements.
• Support the coordination of stakeholders and delivery teams across configuration, data conversion and testing.
• Assist end-to-end functional solution design and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Review functional specs and design documents for accuracy.
• Conduct functional reviews of configurations, custom developments, and integrations.
• Support functional test strategy and approve test cases and data.
