Qualifications

• 8–10 years in product/packaging development, preferably in food industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead R&D strategy for Cote d’Or across Growth, Quality Improvement, Brand Maintenance and Productivity.
• Develop cross-platform strategic plans and translate business needs into clear objectives.
• Champion consumer-centric product design delivering outstanding experiences.
• Design robust processes to turn visions from bench to shelf.
• Identify value by improving quality and reducing unnecessary costs.
• Strengthen brand equity and protect assets across platforms.
• Navigate a matrix organisation, aligning resources for growth.
