Job summary

Mondelēz International in Poland is seeking an experienced RDQ/Product Development professional to lead technical projects end-to-end. You will coordinate pilot plant trials, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance and drive consumer-focused product development.

The role requires strong communication with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience leading RDQ or product development in FMCG/food sectors.
• Knowledge of shelf-life testing and product design
• Experience with data interpretation and reporting technical conclusions

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and coordinate technical RDQ projects.
• Coordinate pilot plant and factory trials per GMP/HACCP.
• Develop consumer-led specifications and interpret results for decisions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain to meet consumer needs.
