Job summary

Haleon is seeking a senior Business Process Expert to shape and govern end-to-end finance processes in a global, enterprise setting. You will partner with cross-functional teams to design and standardize scalable processes across regions, driving cash performance and risk management.

In this role, you will lead workshops, ensure robust governance, and embed new ways of working during Haleon’s transformation journey. Hybrid work and strong support for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive finance experience across end-to-end lead-to-cash processes.
• Experience designing and transforming processes in global organisations.
• Exposure to SAP-enabled transformations, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical skills and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to drive cash performance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the future-state vision for your process domain.
• Design scalable end-to-end processes aligned with Haleon's model.
• Partner with Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain and Digital to align requirements.
• Lead global workshops and governance forums across regions.
• Identify inefficiencies and deliver improvements that boost cash performance.
• Ensure successful implementation with Change, Training and Adoption teams.
• Support business readiness through transformation and transition.
• Monitor process performance and drive continuous improvement beyond delivery.
