Haleon is pursuing an Enterprise Transformation Programme to reengineer global tax processes using SAP S/4HANA. The Business Process Expert partners with BPOs and cross-functional teams to design, govern, and continuously improve end-to-end processes to enable agile, efficient operations.

The role demands deep tax process knowledge, strong analytical thinking, and experience in large multinational environments, ideally within Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise across global tax processes and how they are executed, including tax determination, reporting, and compliance.
• Experience in complex, global organisations, ideally within Consumer Health or FMCG sectors.
• Ability to design automated, first-time-right processes that integrate tax into upstream and downstream processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Business Process Owners to design end-to-end processes.
• Evaluate readiness of functional areas for programme delivery and propose solutions to gaps.
• Document new processes and support training/upskilling for adoption.
• Partner with Change Management to ensure smooth transitions and governance.
