Qualifications

• Education in Operations Management, Project Management or related field; PMP/PRINCE2 or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
• Proficiency with project portfolio tools and data analysis/dashboard software.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end operational roadmaps, manage timelines, and track milestones.
• Establish operational metrics and report on productivity, cost, and service quality.
• Lead internal transitions, facilitate stakeholder communication, and train staff on new systems.
