Google Inc. is seeking a Technical Program Manager III to lead complex, multi-disciplinary programs from initiation to delivery. You will plan requirements, identify risks, manage schedules, and communicate with cross-functional partners and executives.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in technical program management or related domain.
Experience managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

Scope, organize and track execution in ambiguous cross‑functional programs to ensure a successful and timely delivery.
Identify process improvements for scale and efficiency; measuring their impact and using said metrics to create visibility and alignment in teams.
Track progress, unblocking dependencies, identifying, evaluating, mitigating risks and put into motion the solutions.
Work closely with cross‑functional teams in execution, objective key results (OKR) planning, and drive accountability to OKR execution.
Provide clear communication to the teams and executive stakeholders regarding project status, risks/issues, mitigation plans and escalations.
