Job Description
The Onboarding Solutions Manager supports Global Onboarding initiatives focused on operational excellence, process improvement, compliance, and employee experience. This role partners closely with onboarding leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to lead projects, implement operational enhancements, maintain process documentation, and drive key initiatives from concept through execution.
You will be a highly organized, self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, builds strong relationships, and brings structure to complex initiatives. They will independently manage assigned projects, develop solutions, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Lead initiatives that improve onboarding processes, compliance, service delivery, and employee experience.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, increase automation, and improve operational efficiency.
Partner with leadership to develop and execute solutions aligned with business priorities.
Support onboarding readiness activities related to acquisitions, integrations, system enhancements, and organizational changes.
Develop business requirements and partner with technology teams to implement process and system improvements.
Own assigned projects from planning through implementation and stabilization.
Define project scope, objectives, success measures, timelines, and stakeholder engagement plans.
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions and coordinate activities across relevant stakeholders.
Monitor project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables, providing recommendations and status updates to leadership.
Drive accountability and ensure initiatives remain on track to achieve desired outcomes.
Support onboarding compliance programs, including employment eligibility verification, Right to Work, background screening, and onboarding controls.
Partner with relevant regional stakeholders to ensure requirements are incorporated into onboarding processes.
Maintain process documentation, operational standards, job aids, and governance materials.
Support audits, policy updates, risk reviews, and efforts to strengthen operational controls and consistency.
Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across Global Onboarding.
Facilitate discussions, gather feedback, and drive alignment on operational priorities and improvements.
Analyze operational metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Support development of dashboards, presentations, business cases, and leadership reporting.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
