Qualifications

• 7+ years in Order-to-Cash or finance process roles
• Experience in multi-country/global O2C environments
• Experience in large SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Knowledge of O2C master data and reporting

Responsibilities

• Own the global O2C process design across order management, billing, collections, and cash application.
• Drive SAP S/4HANA process transformation and global standardization.
• Balance global standards with local requirements and regulatory needs.
• Establish governance, KPIs, and ways of working with internal and external partners.
• Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in O2C operations.
