Job summary

The Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison (MSL) role is field-based and focused on Poland and the Czech Republic, partnering with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education and real-world evidence generation.

You will serve as the scientific interface, delivering balanced scientific exchanges, identifying insights, supporting clinical research activities, and working with cross-functional teams to meet medical objectives while upholding ethics

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree required.
• Strong neuroscience/psychiatry background.
• Experience engaging with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders.
• Experience supporting clinical trials and patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, patient advocacy groups, medical societies, and other stakeholders in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights, unmet needs, treatment trends, and opportunities to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research through investigator engagement, site identification, feasibility assessments, and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with investigators and support for research activities.
• Develop and execute territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional and global objectives.
• Gather and communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programmes, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, PV, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations, compliance, and ethical guidelines.
