Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Neuroscience and Psychiatry across Poland and the Czech Republic.

The MSL will build trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education, evidence generation, and patient care. Based in Katowice with travel across the region, the role requires expertise in neuroscience or psychiatry, strong communication, and the ability to

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or medical degree required or equivalent pharma experience.
Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry supported by clinical/research experience.
Proven experience with scientific exchange with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and investigators.
Deliver compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
Identify insights to inform medical strategy and engagement plans.
Support clinical research activities including investigator engagement and site identification.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive medical objectives.
Ensure activities comply with regulations and ethical guidelines.
