Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Medical Science Liaison for Neuroscience and Psychiatry to support Poland and the Czech Republic. The role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders to advance medical education, evidence generation, and patient care.

The MSL will collaborate across functions to drive medical initiatives with high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or medical degree (MD, PharmD, PhD, or equivalent).
• Experience in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and investigators.
• Experience supporting clinical trials (site identification, feasibility, recruitment).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Fluency in Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with HCPs, investigators, patient groups, and societies.
• Deliver accurate, balanced scientific exchange on disease management and developments.
• Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy.
• Support clinical research activities including investigator engagement and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with investigators and research activities.
• Develop territory medical engagement plans aligned to regional/global objectives.
• Communicate actionable medical insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Support advisory boards, medical education programs, meetings, and congress activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Operations, Market Access, Regulatory, Pharmacovigilance, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and ethical standards.
