Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a field-based Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Poland and the Czech Republic. The role focuses on building scientific partnerships with clinicians to advance education, evidence generation, and patient care within neuroscience and psychiatry.

Qualifications

Advanced scientific or medical degree required.
Strong knowledge in Neuroscience and/or Psychiatry through clinical, research, or pharma experience.
Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals, investigators, and key opinion leaders.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders, healthcare professionals, investigators, and patient advocacy groups in neuroscience/psychiatry.
Deliver accurate, balanced, and compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
Identify insights and opportunities to inform medical strategy in the local landscape.
Support clinical research activities including site identification, feasibility assessments, and patient recruitment.
