Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. is seeking a Neuroscience Medical Science Liaison to support Poland and the Czech Republic.

This field-based role focuses on building trusted scientific partnerships with healthcare professionals to advance education, evidence generation, and patient care. The MSL will serve as the primary scientific interface, deliver high-quality exchanges, support clinical research activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive medical objectives while upholding ethics

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and scientific background required.
• Proven experience engaging with healthcare professionals and investigators.
• Experience supporting clinical trials, site identification, and patient recruitment.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data clearly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration within matrix organisations.
• Understanding of regulatory and pharmacovigilance processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluency in both Polish and English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted scientific relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals in neuroscience and psychiatry.
• Deliver balanced, compliant scientific exchange on disease management and emerging data.
• Identify insights and unmet needs to inform medical strategy and engagement plans.
• Support investigator engagement, site identification, feasibility, and patient recruitment.
• Facilitate evidence generation through collaboration with investigators and research activities.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, and Clinical Operations teams to achieve objectives.
• Ensure activities comply with regulations and ethical guidelines.
• Prepare and participate in advisory boards, medical education programs, and congress activities.
